Our special "Somme for Primary Schools" itineraries go beyond the bloody battle that put the region’s name in the history books, and balance historical visits with lighter-hearted cultural activities.
This means that younger students can be introduced to the historical background of the First World War in a gentle manner, and experience the Battlefields in a way that is less intense than our other tours, but no less educational and memorable.
