About Stockholm

Without a shadow of a doubt, Stockholm is one of the most beautiful cities in Europe, and also one of the most unique in that it is spread over 14 islands.

One third of the area within the city limits is made up of water, while another third comprises parks and woodlands.  Each neighbourhood has a distinct character; in every one you'll find trend-setting design, inventive cuisine, unbeatable museums and much more.  Our cultural tours take you to some of Stockholm's most notable visits, including the world's only preserved 17th century ship and the most visited museum in Scandinavia, Vasamuseet, and the interactive exhibition dedicated to Sweden's famous four: ABBA The Museum!

Take a boat trip to one of the 30,000 islands on the Stockholm archipelago or wonder through the world's first open-air museum, Skansen, which is dedicated to all things Swedish!  The old town, Gamla Stan, is a medieval jumble of cobbled streets and narrow alleyways huddled together.  Just a few metres from this time capsule, the modern city centre shines like the pages of a magazine.
