"Nelly was excellent from start to finish. She was rapid in communication and always available. She put together a incredibly thorough pack for me, which meant that the trip ran like clockwork. All I had to do was get the students organised and book our visit to CERN. She managed everything else. Nelly also had great attention to detail, and double checked details we provided, coming back to us to flag issues like dates being in American rather than UK format which would have caused problems. She also drew our attention to changes to British immigration laws that would impact us that would have been easy to miss. Overall, she provided an outstanding service to us that saved me a huge amount of work and stress."
