Overview

London offers an incredible selection of WW2 visits suitable for school groups from KS2 to KS4.

What makes London particularly appealing is the huge number of museums, galleries and national collections that have tailor-made programmes designed to suit your syllabus.

The Imperial War Museum, HMS Belfast, the National Archives, the Churchill War Rooms and the Churchill Museum are only some of the relevant visits.  Learn more about the spirit of the Londoner, the Thames as an enemy navigation aid, and royalty under attack.

As a special treat, you and your students can even “kip in a ship” and stay overnight onboard HMS Belfast!

Our Suggested Itinerary

Depart school and arrive in London.

Spend the day at the Imperial War Museum, covering the Blitz, the role of spies, the Holocaust and more.
