Our Suggested Itinerary

This itinerary is based on flying, if you would like to go by coach please get in touch.

Day 1

Flight to Barcelona.

Transfer to your accommodation and check-in.

Visit the traditional, family-run Torres Winery for a guided tour of their wine production and bottling process and a chance to taste their wines or brandies (or grape juice for children).

Optional evening activity: learn about the history of Spain's most famous gastronomic tradition while enjoying some delicious food with an outstanding Tapas Tour OR discover the most Spanish of all dances with a Flamenco Show.
Day 2

In the morning, visit Gaudí's famously unfinished masterpiece La Sagrada Familia.

Then make your way to La Rambla, the city's most vibrant artery, and explore La Boquería Market, Barcelona’s most famous food market. It boasts a strikingly grand entrance, and the sheer scale and diversity of the products for sale are breathtaking.

In the afternoon, discover the sights and smells of Spain in Barcelona's mini Spanish village! Built for the 1929 Exhibition, the Poble Espanyol is an immersive cultural journey around Spain and its diverse regions.

Top off your day by taking in the sea air at the Barceloneta & Port Vell, an area of the city that underwent huge transformation for the 1992 Olympics. Once a small fishing harbour, it is now home to Barcelona’s most famous beach along with plenty of restaurants, cafés and small souvenir boutiques.
Day 3

In the morning, go on a guided tour of the Torras Chocolate Factory. Get first-hand experience of the production process, the ingredients and methods used, and the history of chocolate.

Spend some time exploring Girona, Northern Catalonia’s largest city.

In the afternoon, visit the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya for a guided tour. Discover how a race is organised and controlled, see where mechanics work and access the briefing room, podium, press room, race control, lounge, boxes and the paddock.

Explore Barcelona's atmospheric Barri Gòtic, where you can hunt for treasures in its stylish boutiques.
Day 4

Spend your last morning doing a self-guided tour of Camp Nou, FC Barcelona's home ground, OR visiting Parc Güell, home to a variety of wacky Gaudí-designed architecture.

Transfer to the airport and flight back to the UK.
